Develop, implement and ensure the work plan and annual corporate budget and long term budget both capital expenditure or operational budget. Preparing and developing budget performance system to evaluate all unit performance efficiency. Convey relevant information periodically about performance and financial analysis compared to annual budget and industry as a decision making.
