Director's Foreword

Today is a great moment to PT. Asuransi Jiwa Tugu Mandiri, for its 25 years  we have been exist for Indonesian society serving the needs of insurance.

To stand firm for 25 years is not easy to accomplish. There are so many barriers and obstacles that we should overcome. But thanks to our hard work, our great sacrifice, and also the grace of Allah SWT we can solve all the problems that makes us always stands firm from time to time.

In this moment I have to declare that our beloved Company is in its good condition. It is because of the great commitment of our shareholders  to remain Tugu Mandiri as a growing and having well know integrity Company.

In accordance with our theme this year ‘New Horizon’ which means that Tugu Mandiri is ready to enter New Horizon with spirit of optimism and also our slogan this year ‘Serving With Pride’ which means that we are serving with great pride. Therefore in order to improve our service quality, in this special moment we would like to show our new website, with a fresh view, modern, and user-friendly outlook. Along with the combination of each important feature to customer such as Siperdana that can be accessed anytime and anywhere.

Our next new service is Tugu Mandiri call center which called Halo Tugu Mandiri. Halo Tugu Mandiri is 24 hours virtual service online to customer through phone access to communicate product solution from PT Asuransi Jiwa Tugu Mandiri which consists of life insurance, health insurance, and pension fund.

We have to announce that those services are not the end of our effort to serve our best to our insurance policy holders and pension fund participants, but it is a long effort for present time and for the future, just like our commitment to be better. Because we are sure that in present time and also in the future, we are ready to innovate to reach our dreams and to answer customer demand of life insurance, health insurance, and pension fund in Indonesia.
