MAIN BENEFITS
- Hospitalization & Maternity
Guarantee the payment of inpatient care for employees and / or families experiencing pain, because of illness / accident and replace the cost of the package delivery. Replacement of 100% of the receipts to the limit.
- Flexibility Options Benefits
The main benefit is the basic benefits, supplemental or additional benefit is being able to choose whether or not as required.
COMPLEMENTARY BENEFITS
- Glasses
Awarded compensation for 100% of the maximum limit for reimbursement of the purchase of prescription eyeglasses including: lenses, frames and contact lens with a minimum of 25 participants.
- Outpatient
This program is in addition to inpatient, outpatient guaranteed due to illness or accident by replacing 80% of the receipts, with a maximum of the limit.
- Dental Care
This program is in addition to outpatient care, with reimbursement of 80% of kuintasi and maximum limits as follows: (removal of teeth, adding dental, medical and dental care is sick).
