TM Group Managed Health Care Plan
Providing 24 hours service (24hours customer service) to enable participants to obtain information on medical assistance and other information relating to the health insurance program that followed.
METHOD OF SERVICE
We apply a structured method of service (managed services) through the Health Service Provider network (Provider Network), which has collaborated with us consists of: General Practitioners, Dentists, Doctors Specialists, General Clinic, Specialist Clinic, Pharmacy, Optical, and Hospitals, Networking. Our providers are spread in almost all major cities and several other regions in Indonesia.
MAIN SERVICES Coverage
- First Level Outpatient (General Dentists and Doctors)
- Outpatient Advanced Level (Specialist Doctors, etc.)
- Inpatient and Operations Package
- Emergency Services
- Allied Diagnostic Examination
- Giving Medication / Therapy
- Service Package Includes County, such as: Cancer, Hemadialise, open / closed Heart operations, ESWL, MRL, Stroke.
There are 4 (four) classes / plan, namely:

There is no annual limit to:
- Medications to general practitioners
- Treatment to the dentist
- Medications to a specialist

- Company Policy
- Benefit that has been followed by the Company with the previous insurance
- Corporate Budget

No advanced payment that must be spent / paid to pharmacies, hospitals, and agencies that conduct medical facility for treatment of participants perform the procedure correctly.
Each participant is both the employee and any family members listed as participants included an infant will get a Member Card.
