Health condition can never be predicted. No one can avoid if at any time an illness or accident that resulted should be hospitalized. If it happens it will take no small amount of medical expenses, in addition to still have to finance day-to-day family life.
Daily Hospital Cash Benefit insurance plus surgery of PT Asuransi Jiwa Tugu Mandiri will help provide additional financial resources that could be used for hospital cost or family cost of living while you are hospitalized.
Benefit
- Daily hospital cash fund until Rp.1.000.000 or USD 100 per day calculated from the day-to-1 up to a maximum of 120 days in hospital care for the one-time treatment.
- Funds in cash during the ICU up to Rp. 2.000.000, - or USD 200 per day calculated from the day-to-1 up to a maximum of 30 days treatment in hospital for one-time treatment or accident.
- Replacement cost of the surgery until Rp.30.000.000 or $ 50 per visit for each illness or accident, during 10 days per occurrence maximum 120 days in a hospital inpatient who need further examination after hospitalization, either a doctor or hospital.
Exception
If treatment is caused by:
Injure themselves, a result of war, childbirth, AIDS, drug intoxication, alcoholism, mental illness, routine examination (Medical Check Up), etc.
- Protection Plus ™ Hospital Cash Plan began in the month following application form is received and approved and the premium has been paid.
- Flexibility in payment of quarterly, semiannual and annual.
- Policy can be renewed each year.
- If the information given is false then the party entitled to reject the insurance contract and cancel the membership.
